1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns.
  • Certain products such as accessories, lingerie, and customized items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

4. Late or Missing Refunds

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.
